Unfortunately there are sometimes circumstances that thwart our best efforts (like the snowstorm that dumped 4 inches of snow in El Paso and shut the entire infrastructure of the city down for 2 days!). How much does it cost to ship my order ?

As of 28 April 2011, the following freight charges are in effect and added to your order:

1 to 20   jerseys   $15.95   

21 to 39   jerseys   $22.95   

40 to 59   jerseys   $35.95   

60 to 99   jerseys   $55.95   

100 to 199   jerseys   $89.95   

200 to 299   jerseys   $139.95   

How long does it take to deliver my order ?

We strive to ship your order 3 weeks from receipt. We ship exclusively via United Parcel Service (UPS) ground service. Our customer fulfillment center and headquarters is in El Paso, Texas. After shipping orders generally arrive 2-5 days, after the 3 week plus manufacturing time, anywhere in the continental United States (lower 48 states). We do not guarantee delivery times or dates. Please understand that any missing names, numbers,or details that are added after your order has been processed will delay shipment of your order.

Do you ship internationally ?

Unfortunately, no we do not. We ship only to addresses in the continental United States.

What is your cancellation and returns policy ?

Due to the fact that every jersey/garment we make is completely custom, we do not allow cancellation nor return of any order under any circumstances. We stand behind what we make. If a mistake has been made we will repair it and or replace it at our discretion. Refunds will not be issued.

What are your payment terms ?

Because of the custom manufacturing nature of our business, all orders must be paid in full prior before we will begin the manufacturing process. We accept MasterCard, Visa, checks, money orders, or cash. If you pay via company check or personal check, the payment must clear the bank before we begin. " We do not accept any orders that are for Cash On Delivery (COD). Sorry."
